Shipping and Returns

Noire jewelery is handmade-to-order and requires 2-3 weeks of production once payment is received, plus shipping time. Local orders will be shipped through Canada Post, international orders will be shipped through DHL and all will include a tracking number. Once you have received your order, you will have 10 calendar days to report any damages upon arrival. Returns must be approved by our customer service, who can be reached at email. We will only be accepting products that are unused, and with original packaging intact. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and other applicable costs. The buyer is responsible for choosing the appropriate jewellery size. If an alternate size is needed, there will be a resize fee along with shipping costs.
